About the Role:

We are looking for a Java Developer with strong expertise in enterprise-grade application development, microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and payment/banking domain solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude. Experience in cards & payments, banking systems, and high-volume transaction processing is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java applications.
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
- Develop event-driven architectures leveraging Apache Kafka.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and stored procedures.
- Participate in the complete SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects,



and QA teams in Agile environments.
- Implement secure, resilient, and highly available solutions for banking and payment platforms.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization guidelines.

Core Technical Skills

- Strong experience in Java 8/11/17+
- Hands-on expertise in Spring Boot
- Experience with Microservices Architecture
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs
- Experience with Apache Kafka
- Database experience with PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of JPA/Hibernate
- Experience with Maven/Gradle
- Understanding of Design Patterns and Object-Oriented Programming
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
