Key Qualifications and experience:

· 5-6 years of information technology experience with full application development life cycle and systems integration experience

· Ability to understand existing (large) codebase written in Ant, Maven, Gradle, JSP, J2EE, EJB, Spring, Hibernate, etc. and identifying all dependencies.

· Should have knowledge of application deployment and Software development life cycle.

· 5+ years of experience in development in J2EE framework.

· Good to have 1 year of experience in development in AWS Serverless (Lambda, Step Functions, SQS, SNS)

· AI Assisted Development - Co-pilot, BMAD, any other AI tools that help in overall SDLC

· Preferred knowledge in Python, Agentic AI space, AWS services

· Experience of migrating legacy applications to latest technologies; on-premises infrastructure to cloud such as AWS, GCP.

· Experience coaching, mentoring and delegating tasks to a team of talented software engineers.

· Should be motivated to devote time to spreading knowledge widely via talks, blog posts or written documentation

Technical Credentials:

· Java 8 (or higher) /J2EE

· AWS Serverless (Lambda, Step Functions, SQS, SNS)

· Integration Services - Spring: Spring Boot, JWT Authorization, API Gateway,



Spring Framework 4.x (or higher), Spring JMS (Java Messaging Services), Spring MVC (model-view-controller), Swagger

· Backend Data Integration:

JPA/Hibernate/JDBC

Java Batches / Spring Batches

EJB/Hibernate/JPA, Spring MVC Spring-Data

Mainframe experience is good to have.

· WebServer: Hands on experience

WAS WebSphere Liberty Cloud Server

WebLogic

- Database, ETL, reporting: SQL Server, Oracle, SSIS, SSRS

· UI Skills: JSP, React, Bootstrap, java script, jQuery, AJAX, HTML, CSS, React /GWT · Exposure to cloud is preferred with Docker/Kubernetes/RedHat OpenShift

· Qualified certification in cloud such AWS/GCP is a definite plus.

· Tools:

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
