We are looking for an experienced Jasper Report Developer with robust expertise in SQL query writing and exposure to BI report migration projects.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- JasperReports / Jaspersoft Studio development
- Strong SQL query writing & optimization
- End-to-end report development and migration
- Experience with Crystal to Jasper / Cognos to Jasper migration preferred
- Understand business logic and translate it into reports
- Develop complex reports, sub-reports, parameters & expressions
- Unit testing, data validation & troubleshooting
- Integrate Jasper reports with business applications
- Deployment across Dev/UAT/Production environments
- Production support and performance optimization
Preferred:
Experience with JasperReports Server, Java/web application integration, and enterprise databases.
Looking for someone who can independently handle the complete lifecycle from requirement understanding → SQL development → report design → testing → integration → deployment → production support.
