Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source top talent for IT positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.

- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.

- Manage multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment or related field (IT staffing).

- Robust understanding of C2H contract hiring processes and domestic staffing regulations.

- Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
