- Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Store Executive to manage IT equipment and inventory for studio, theatre, and renewal operations. The role involves asset management, equipment issuance/returns, stock control, documentation, and coordination with IT, operations, vendors, and other teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage IT inventory including laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, networking equipment, AV equipment, peripherals, cables, and accessories.
- Handle studio and theatre IT equipment issuance, deployment, collection, and returns.
- Maintain accurate records of assets allocated to studios, theatres, employees, and locations.
- Manage equipment required for new installations, replacements, upgrades, and renewals.
- Track asset movements, transfers, repairs, replacements, warranties, and disposals.
- Maintain asset tagging, handover/return forms, and supporting documentation.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with Procurement and IT teams.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, warranty claims, AMC, and renewal-related requirements.
- Maintain records of equipment due for renewal/replacement and support timely closure.




- Support IT requirements for new studio/theatre setups and refurbishment activities.
- Prepare inventory, asset movement, renewal, and stock status reports.
- Ensure proper storage, security, and organization of all IT equipment.

Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT stores, IT asset management, inventory, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware, networking, AV equipment, and peripherals.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
- Strong documentation, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple locations and assets.

Preferred: Experience handling IT assets for studios, theatres, entertainment venues, or multi-location operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
