This role involves managing day-to-day IT support and system administration activities across the organization. The IT associate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining computers, laptops, software, user accounts, and access permissions, while providing timely technical support to employees. The role will also involve troubleshooting software, network, and connectivity issues, supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud applications, and maintaining IT systems and documentation.

The associate will assist with system security, data backup, software updates, and coordination with external IT vendors to ensure smooth and secure IT operations.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, software, and basic networking.
- Experience in troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printer, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Experience with Microsoft 365,



Azure, user account management, and access controls is preferred.
- Understanding of network configuration, security practices, antivirus, firewalls, and data backup procedures.
- Experience with system installation, configuration, software updates, and IT asset management.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions within required timelines.
- Good understanding of IT security and maintaining secure access to company systems and data.
- Ability to maintain IT documentation, system records, and troubleshooting logs.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills for providing employee support and working with external vendors.
