About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role primarily focuses on supporting and managing Property Management Systems (PMS) for a diverse portfolio of vacation rentals and hotels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality technology, with the ability to troubleshoot system issues, ensure seamless operations, and support integration efforts across various platforms.

As a vital link between internal departments such as Revenue, Technology, and Operations, and external clients, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our PMS platforms, OTA connections, and booking systems.

Qualifications The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT, Hospitality Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of three years of hands-on experience working with hospitality PMS systems is essential. Familiarity with platforms such as OYO OS, RMS, Tracks, Guesty, or similar systems is required.

Candidates should also possess a good understanding of OTA platforms including Booking.com, Airbnb, and Expedia. Excellent problem-solving skills, strong coordination abilities, and effective communication skills are critical for success in this role.





Experience working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across departments is highly valued.

Responsibilities

- Handle daily operations and troubleshoot issues related to Property Management Systems (PMS), ensuring system stability and performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate timely updates, system integrations, and feature enhancements in the PMS platform.
- Maintain accuracy of property availability, pricing, and content across PMS, OTA platforms, and channel managers.
- Provide training and support to property managers to maximize effective use of PMS systems.
- Monitor system health, handle escalations promptly, and minimize downtime or synchronization issues.
- Collaborate with distribution and revenue teams to support pricing strategies and inventory management.
- Assist with integration of external systems such as channel managers, accounting software, and housekeeping applications.
- Document processes, create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintain comprehensive records of workflows and troubleshooting guides.
