About the role:

Location: Delhi NCR | Haldwani | Kolkata

Employment: Full-time | Field-based

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Incentives + Local Travel Reimbursement

Working Days: 5 Days (Mon to Fri)

We are looking for energetic, commercially driven sales professionals who are comfortable visiting hotels, meeting decision-makers, demonstrating a product, following up consistently, and closing business.

You will own the sales cycle within your assigned territory, from identifying suitable hotels to securing payment and coordinating a successful onboarding handover.

This is an on-ground acquisition role. You should enjoy being in the market, initiating conversations, and building relationships with hotel owners, general managers, and operations leaders.

This role involves selling technology to hotelsnot selling hotel rooms, travel packages, or banquet bookings.

What Youll Do:

- Visit hotels, resorts, boutique properties, and serviced accommodations.
- Meet hotel owners, General Managers, Operations Heads, and other decision-makers.
- Identify business needs and demonstrate our technology solution.




- Generate new leads through field visits and cold outreach.
- Handle follow-ups, objections, negotiations, and close deals.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and coordinate with the onboarding team.

What Were Looking For:

- 13 years of experience in B2B field sales; hotel/hospitality sales experience is preferred.
- Candidates with experience selling hotel software, SaaS, PMS/POS, payment solutions, or other B2B technology will be preferred.
- Strong communication and demonstration skills.
- Comfortable with daily field visits, cold calling, follow-ups, and sales targets.
- Good communication skills
- An existing network of hotel owners or managers is an advantage, but the ability to create current relationships and close business is essential.
