Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Sales role based in Lucknow. The position involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and presenting IT solutions and services to prospective clients. The role includes managing client accounts, following up on inquiries, preparing proposals, and supporting negotiations to close sales.

The IT Sales professional will collaborate with technical and delivery teams to understand service offerings, align solutions with client requirements, and ensure a smooth handover from sales to execution.



Daily tasks also include maintaining CRM records, meeting defined sales targets, and participating in walk-in interviews or client meetings at the Lucknow location.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in IT Sales and a solid understanding of Information Technology services and solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Account Management to build and sustain a strong client base.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and negotiations.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting, with an ability to work towards defined revenue goals.
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to collaborate with technical and delivery teams.
- Relevant experience in B2B software or IT services sales is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field is beneficial.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work in office in Lucknow, manage time effectively, and adapt to a target-driven sales environment.
