Role Description The IT Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting lead generation activities, and managing the sales cycle for IT and education technology solutions. The IT Sales Executive will build and maintain relationships with clients, prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals, and negotiate contracts to meet sales targets.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate sales records in CRM systems, and providing regular reports and forecasts to management.



The role also requires staying current with industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings to effectively position Britannica’s solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong IT Sales and Information Technology knowledge to understand and sell technology-driven education solutions.
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Account Management to develop and grow client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse stakeholders and deliver clear presentations.
- Background in business development, inside sales, or field sales within IT, EdTech, or related industries.
- Ability to work with targets, analyze sales metrics, and use CRM or sales management tools effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in office in Gurugram and meeting clients in person as needed.
