We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our domestic staffing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn recruitment processes, and the ability to interact confidently with candidates. This role involves understanding job requirements, identifying suitable talent, and coordinating the hiring process for IT positions across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Understand client job requirements and position specifications.
- Source potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), internal database, and referrals.
- Screen resumes to evaluate candidate skills, suitability, and experience.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and schedule interviews.
Candidate Management
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Follow up with candidates post-interview and coordinate feedback.
- Assist candidates with interview preparation and joining formalities.
Process & Documentation
- Update and maintain recruitment data and candidate records in tracking systems.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and share updates with team leads.
- Support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle under the guidance of senior recruiters.
Client Coordination (Optional / As Experience Grows)
- Share shortlisted profiles with the client/Hiring Manager.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating client communication.
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of basic IT/Software terminology (training will be provided).
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid interpersonal skills, confidence, and a positive attitude.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Internship or exposure in recruitment is a plus (not mandatory).
