We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably with hands-on experience hiring for the Adobe technology stack. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and role requirements.
- Handle hiring for Adobe technologies, including relevant Adobe Commerce/Adobe Experience Cloud roles.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
Key Skills & Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Solid knowledge and experience in Adobe technology stack hiring.
- Experience in sourcing and hiring technical professionals.
- Good understanding of technical roles and IT skill sets.
