We are hiring a skilled IT Recruiter with 1 - 4 years of experience in recruiting and C2H staffing. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to hiring.

Key Responsibilities include

- Sourcing candidates through various channels
- Conducting interviews and managing candidates using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Coordinating interviews and following up with candidates
- Demonstrating robust expertise in IT recruitment with a solid understanding of tech roles, skills, and industry standards
- Leveraging job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and others

Across both Technology and Non-Technology.

Priority experience

- Big 4: KPMG, EY, Deloitte, PwC
- Consulting: McKinsey, BCG, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Grant Thornton
- Technology hiring: SAP, Cloud, Cyber, Data/AI, Engineering, ERP, etc.




- Non-Tech / Consulting hiring: Tax, Audit, Taxation, Risk & Advisory, Finance/Accounting and related consulting roles.

Preference should be given to candidates who have actually handled Permanent hiring for these clients/firms, rather than only general recruitment experience. We prefer immediate joiners with good communication skills. Career breaks and gap years are accepted.

Location: Anywhere in India (Work from Home)

Job Type: Full Time / Remote (No Dual Employment allowed)

Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday off)
