Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical recruitment knowledge, excellent sourcing skills, and an understanding of client-specific recruitment processes.

This is a fully work-from-home chance with flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Work on multiple IT technologies and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Understand and follow client-specific recruitment processes.
- Ensure profile quality and avoid duplicate candidate submissions.
- Upload and maintain candidate profiles as per client requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding candidate requirements and interview feedback.
- Negotiate offers and support candidates through the joining process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.

Required Skills




- Minimum 2 +years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment in C2H.
- Good understanding of current IT technologies and technical skill sets.
- Knowledge of major IT technologies and recruitment requirements.
- Understanding of client recruitment processes, profile submission, duplicacy checks, and candidate uploading.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Good knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals.
- Experience working with large clients is preferred.

Educational Qualification Candidates with any of the following qualifications can apply:

- B.Sc. (Computers)
- BCA
- MCA
- B.Tech / BE
- MBA (HR)

Work Details

- Work From Home
- Working hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
- 2nd & 4th Saturday off
- Candidate must have their own Laptop/Desktop and reliable Internet connection.
- Maximum employment gap permitted: 6 months.

- Have experience recruiting across multiple IT technologies.
- Have experience working with large clients.
- Understand client-specific recruitment processes.
- Have experience with candidate duplicacy checks and profile uploading.
