Devant IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced IT Project Coordinator with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in IT project coordination and project handling. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, tracking timelines, communicating with technical teams and stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor end-to-end IT project activities.
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, UI/UX teams and other technical departments.
- Track project scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules and status reports.
- Coordinate daily/weekly project meetings and follow up on action items.
- Communicate project updates, issues and dependencies to management.
- Identify project risks, delays and dependencies and escalate them when required.
- Ensure tasks are assigned to the appropriate team members and followed up regularly.
- Coordinate with clients/stakeholders regarding project requirements and progress.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes and project trackers.
- Follow up with technical teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support requirement gathering and ensure proper communication between business and technical teams.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Assist in resolving project-related issues and coordination gaps.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and requirements.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Project Coordination / Project Management / Project Handling.
- Hands-on experience coordinating software/IT projects.
- Valuable understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and project tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up, documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Positive problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Educational Qualification:-
- B.Tech / B.E. preferred.
- Candidates with an academic background in Mathematics, Physics or Engineering will be preferred.
