Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Obtain quotations from multiple vendors for IT infrastructure, networking, and branch-related requirements.
- Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and process the most cost-effective quotation for management approval.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for Purchase Order (PO) creation after approval and follow up until PO issuance.
- Share approved Purchase Orders with vendors and closely monitor delivery schedules, installation activities, and project completion timelines.
- Manage invoice submissions and maintain accurate procurement records, purchase documentation, and vendor-related files.
- Create and maintain Asset IDs for newly procured IT assets and ensure proper asset tracking and record management.
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for provisioning, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ILL, Broadband, and other connectivity solutions.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement infrastructure projects such as Gold Loan Branch setups, UCV Branch launches, Retrofit projects, and 5S initiatives.
- Handle IT accessory procurement requests received through the ticketing tool and update asset management systems upon completion.
- Travel to branch locations before inaugurations to install and configure desktops, laptops, network devices, and other IT infrastructure.
- Provide on-site and remote support for firewall deployment,



network configuration, connectivity setup, and other critical IT infrastructure requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, branch teams, and internal IT departments to ensure timely project execution and operational readiness.
- Maintain compliance with organizational procurement processes, asset management policies, and infrastructure standards.

· Handle vendor onboarding processes, including document collection, verification, and coordination with internal teams for vendor registration and activation.

Experience

- Experience in IT Infrastructure Support, Procurement Coordination, Vendor Management, and Branch IT Setup Projects.
- Hands-on exposure to asset management, internet connectivity coordination, firewall support, and branch rollout activities.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
