Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Network Manager to manage, maintain, and secure the hospital’s network infrastructure and IT connectivity. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring reliable network performance, cybersecurity, system availability, and timely technical support across the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the hospital’s LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance, availability, bandwidth, and connectivity.
- Configure and manage switches, routers, firewalls, access points, and other network devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, internet, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.
- Ensure reliable connectivity for critical hospital systems and departments.
- Manage network security, firewall policies, access controls, and VPNs.
- Monitor and respond to network security incidents and vulnerabilities.
- Maintain network documentation, IP address schemes, network diagrams, and device configurations.
- Plan and implement network upgrades, expansions, and infrastructure improvements.
- Coordinate with internet service providers, vendors, and external IT service providers.
- Ensure proper backup and recovery of network configurations.
- Implement network monitoring and preventive maintenance procedures.
- Support hospital applications, servers, CCTV, biometric systems, IP phones, and other network-connected devices.




- Maintain IT asset and network device records.
- Lead and supervise network/IT support staff.
- Establish and follow IT policies, SOPs, and security standards.
- Ensure compliance with hospital IT policies and applicable data-security requirements.
- Provide technical support during audits and assist with IT-related documentation and reporting.
- Prepare regular network performance, incident, and maintenance reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Relevant networking certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet, or equivalent are preferred.
- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, VPN, firewalls, and network security.

Experience Preferred: 5+ years of experience in network administration, with relevant experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

Hospital/Healthcare IT experience: Preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
