We are looking for a Skilled Network & System Support Administrator to provide day-to-day technical support for our Linux and Windows systems, office IT infrastructure, desktops, servers, and network environment. The ideal candidate should have expertise in routing, switching, and managing LAN/WAN environments to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.

Role & responsibilities

- Maintain existing network infrastructure including computers, laptops, routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN and WAN connectivity issues to ensure high availability
- The candidate should have positive hands-on knowledge of Linux commands
- Coordination is ISPs & Vendors
- Maintain & Configure AWS & Google Cloud for Web Application Projects
- Implement network security measures and monitor for vulnerabilities




- Perform regular network performance analysis and capacity planning
- Collaborate with development teams to support network-related projects and upgrades
- Document network configurations, processes, and procedures
- Provide technical support and resolve escalated network issues promptly

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong knowledge of Routing and Switching protocols
- Experience with LAN/WAN technologies and topologies
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Sofos, Cisco, or similar network devices
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VPNs
- Understanding of network security principles and firewall configurations
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Windows IOS or CLI commands
- CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent networking certifications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
