Position: IT Infrastructure / Project Engineer

Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma with relevant IT Certification Courses/ Preferred ITI Candidate

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Infrastructure / Project Engineer who can independently plan, coordinate, execute, and deliver IT infrastructure projects. The candidate should have practical experience in infrastructure deployment, site implementation, testing, commissioning, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare infrastructure requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for project execution.
- Deploy and maintain network infrastructure including LAN/WAN components.
- Execute structured cabling and fiber-optic infrastructure projects.
- Plan and execute CCTV and surveillance infrastructure projects, including cable laying and device installation.
- Assist in Data Center setup, migration, rack installation, and infrastructure deployment.
- Perform testing, configuration, commissioning, and handover of IT infrastructure.
- Verify project implementation as per approved BOQ, design, and technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot project-related hardware, network, fiber, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain project documentation, site reports, testing reports, and handover documents.




- Monitor project timelines and ensure work is completed within agreed schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors for material delivery, installation, testing, and rectification.
- Ensure proper safety, quality, and technical standards during site execution.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and project implementation.
- Practical knowledge of LAN, WAN, structured cabling, and fiber networks.
- Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of network devices and infrastructure.
- Experience in CCTV/surveillance infrastructure deployment.
- Ability to read basic network/infrastructure layouts and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and projects.

Preferred Experience

- IT infrastructure project implementation/deployment.
- Data Center or server-room infrastructure projects.
- Network and structured cabling projects.
- CCTV and surveillance projects.
- Fiber-optic installation and testing.
- Site survey and project commissioning.

Preferred Certifications

- CCNA / CCNP
- CompTIA Network+
- Fortinet / equivalent networking certification
- Relevant IT Infrastructure certifications
