Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with strong expertise in LS Retail and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to lead the organization's ERP and retail technology ecosystem. The role will be responsible for managing ERP implementation, business applications, IT infrastructure, vendor management, digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring seamless technology support across retail, manufacturing, warehouse, finance, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

ERP & Business Applications Management

- Lead implementation, enhancement, and support of LS Retail and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Drive ERP strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure optimal utilization of Retail, Purchase, Production, Finance, Inventory, and Warehouse modules.
- Manage system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and performance optimization.
- Define application governance and best practices across business functions.

IT Operations & Infrastructure
- Oversee IT infrastructure, network, servers, cloud systems, security, and end-user support.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of business-critical applications.
- Establish IT policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technology issues.

Project Management & Digital Transformation
- Lead ERP implementation and digital transformation projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.




- Work with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that improve operational efficiency.

Business Process Optimization

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Analyze existing workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure seamless integration between ERP, POS, finance, production, and third-party applications.
- Drive data accuracy, reporting effectiveness, and business intelligence initiatives.

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor IT, ERP, and support teams.
- Define team objectives, KPIs, and performance standards.
- Conduct training programs and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with ERP vendors, implementation partners, and technology providers.
- Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and support agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for successful project execution.
- Present technology roadmaps and project updates to senior management.

Information Security & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards and IT compliance requirements.
- Implement data security, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.




- Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments.
- Maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA or Master's Degree is an added advantage.
- 8–12 years of overall IT experience with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Extensive experience in LS Retail and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Robust knowledge of Retail, Purchase, Production, Finance, Inventory, and Supply Chain modules.
- Experience managing ERP implementation and transformation projects.
- Knowledge of integrations, reporting tools, APIs, and process automation.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.

Preferred Skills

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications.
- Experience in Retail, FMCG, Food Manufacturing, or Multi-Location Operations.
- Exposure to Power BI, Business Intelligence, and Analytics platforms.
- Experience managing enterprise-level ERP environments.
