- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot network, internet, email, and system connectivity issues.
- Assist with user accounts, passwords, access permissions, and system setup.
- Ensure antivirus, software updates, backups, and basic IT security measures are maintained.
- Maintain records of IT assets, systems, and equipment issued to employees.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers whenever required.
- Support the team in maintaining the confidentiality and security of company data.
- Identify and promptly report any unusual system activity, security concerns, or technical issues.
- Provide timely IT support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
