Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

- Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software-related issues.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software applications.

- Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network infrastructure.

- Manage email accounts, user access, and system configurations.

- Ensure data security, regular backups, and antivirus protection.

- Maintain IT inventory, asset records, and documentation.

- Coordinate with vendors for IT-related purchases, repairs, and maintenance.

- Ensure smooth functioning of office IT systems and resolve technical issues promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or IT operations.

- Knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and email configuration.

- Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
