– IT Executive Industry: Hospital / Healthcare Location: Jaipur Job Summary We are looking for an IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT infrastructure, technical support and troubleshooting across the hospital.

Key Responsibilities Manage and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, servers and other IT hardware. Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and network connectivity. Install and configure Windows OS and application software.

Manage and troubleshoot CCTV, NVR, biometric, attendance and Aadhaar devices. Handle telecom services, IT assets and inventory records. Provide IT helpdesk and technical support to hospital departments.

Coordinate with IT vendors, AMC/service providers for repairs and maintenance. Maintain IT documentation, AMC, warranty,



service and asset records. Provide technical support for government portals, digital certificates and online applications.

Support meeting/training room IT setup including projector, laptop, audio and internet. Follow organizational IT policies, security guidelines and procedures.

Required Skills Robust knowledge of Hardware & Networking Hands-on troubleshooting experience Knowledge of CCTV, Biometric & IT infrastructure Good vendor coordination and documentation skills Hospital/Healthcare IT experience preferred.
