Role Description The IT Executive – SAP (HANA) is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. This position is responsible for supporting and maintaining SAP HANA systems, including monitoring performance, managing user access, and handling routine system administration activities.

Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting SAP-related issues, coordinating with functional teams to resolve technical problems,



and providing end-user support and training where needed. The role also involves working closely with IT operations to ensure system security, data integrity, backups, and smooth integration with other enterprise applications. The IT Executive will document configurations and changes, participate in system upgrades and enhancements, and contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes and service quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Information Technology and IT Operations skills, with experience in enterprise systems administration and coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose, analyze, and resolve SAP HANA and related IT issues efficiently.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA (configuration, monitoring, and maintenance) and understanding of SAP modules relevant to manufacturing or supply chain is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
