Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support to employees, and ensure the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networks, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, email accounts, and system configurations.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic networking issues.
- Install and maintain operating systems, applications, antivirus, and security software.
- Monitor IT infrastructure and ensure systems are available and functioning properly.




- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and equipment records.
- Maintain documentation of IT issues, resolutions, assets, and configurations.

Preferred candidate profile :-

- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and networking.
- Troubleshooting skills for desktop, laptop, printer, and software issues.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
- Basic understanding of antivirus, cybersecurity, and data backup.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple IT support requests and prioritize tasks.
