Job Summary:

We are hiring on behalf of one of our esteemed real estate clients for an experienced IT & ERP Head to join their team. The candidate shall be suitable to manage and drive ERP operations, implementation, process improvement and user support across the organization.

The ideal candidate should have 7 years of hands-on ERP experience with strong knowledge of business processes and ERP modules such as Finance & Accounts, Purchase, Inventory, Sales, Projects and MIS.

Experience with Highrise ERP, Real Estate ERP or Construction ERP will be highly preferred.

Candidates from real estate developers, construction companies, builders, infrastructure or project-based organizations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day ERP operations, administration and user support.
- Lead ERP implementation, configuration, customization and process improvement initiatives.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
- Manage and coordinate ERP modules including Finance, Accounts, Purchase, Inventory/Stores, Sales, Projects and MIS.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth ERP processes and data flow.
- Work closely with ERP/software vendors for implementation, customization, troubleshooting and technical support.
- Manage ERP master data, user access, roles, permissions and system controls.
- Monitor data accuracy, system usage and process compliance.
- Identify process gaps and implement ERP automation and workflow improvements.
- Prepare and monitor MIS reports, dashboards and management reports.
- Train users and provide ongoing ERP support to different departments.
- Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Purchase, Stores, Projects, Sales and other functional teams.




- Ensure ERP systems support business requirements and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 7 years of hands-on experience in ERP management, ERP implementation, ERP operations or ERP administration.
- Experience working with any ERP software/platform.
- Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure / Project-based industries will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Highrise ERP or any Real Estate / Construction ERP is an advantage.
- Good understanding of Finance & Accounts, Purchase, Inventory, Sales, Projects and MIS modules.
- Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, customization and vendor coordination.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and reporting.
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to manage ERP users and work with multiple departments.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked with:

- Real Estate Developers | Builders | Construction Companies | Infrastructure Companies | Project-Based Organizations
- Candidates with hands-on experience in Highrise ERP, Real Estate ERP, Construction ERP or similar ERP systems will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in another ERP platform are also encouraged to apply if they have strong hands-on ERP management and implementation experience.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Management or a related field.
- Relevant ERP certifications will be an advantage.
