Trimex Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced IT Senior Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations and provide application and technical support across the organization.

The candidate must have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and LS Retail, as a significant part of the role will involve supporting these business applications, assisting users, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with software vendors.

The role will also cover general IT infrastructure, hardware, networking, user support, IT security, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision), particularly Finance & Accounting and other relevant business modules.
- Support and manage LS Retail application/POS-related requirements and user issues.
- Coordinate with Navision and LS Retail vendors/partners for technical issues, enhancements, upgrades, and customization requirements.
- Assist users with application-related queries, system usage, reporting, and troubleshooting.
