We are looking for a IT BDM Who has a minimum of 1 to 10 year of experience in the IT industry and below ability:

- Experience in bidding on freelancing portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
- Hands-on experience in cold calling, proposal writing, lead generation, and email marketing.
- Ability to research and identify new market opportunities and potential business prospects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience of the end-to-end sales and business development process.
- Experience working with a service-based IT/software company.
- Ability to identify client requirements, prepare proposals, conduct follow-ups, and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Experience in client communication, requirement gathering,



quotation/proposal preparation, and deal closure.
