- Collaborates with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements, analyzing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintains project documentation and works with IT teams to design, develop, test, and implement solutions using SQL and data visualization tools.
- Delivers end-user training, project management support, and stays current on IT/business analysis best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- CBAP/CCBA certification, Agile/Scrum experience, and IT Operations handover methodology knowledge preferred.
