JOB Responsibilities of IT Hardware & CCTV Technician

- Knowledge of installing of IT CAT 6 cables and its punching.

- Cleaning of desktops, monitors, keyboards, mouse, printers, and other IT equipment.

- Checking and cleaning network and CCTV cables, connectors, and patch panels.

- Ensuring equipment is properly reconnected and operational after cleaning.

- Maintaining a cleaning checklist and reporting any damaged or faulty equipment.

- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of desktops, laptops, monitors, keyboards, printers, and other IT equipment.

- Clean CCTV cameras, lenses, housings, DVR/NVR units, and CCTV monitors.

- Maintain cleanliness of server racks, network racks, switches, routers, UPS units, and related equipment.

- Check LAN cables, CCTV cables, connectors, power adapters, and cable dressing.

- Perform basic troubleshooting of computer hardware, network connectivity, printers,



and CCTV systems.

- Check CCTV cameras for proper image quality, recording, and connectivity.

- Identify and report faulty IT equipment, damaged cables, or non-working CCTV cameras.

- Assist in the installation and replacement of IT and CCTV equipment.

- Maintain records/checklists of cleaning, preventive maintenance, faults, and repairs.

- Follow proper electrical and equipment safety procedures while performing cleaning or maintenance.

- Coordinate with the IT team/vendor for major technical issues and repairs.

- Ensure all equipment is properly connected and operational after maintenance work.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
