Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst – Data Modeller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business analysis, data modelling, requirements gathering, and translating business requirements into effective data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
- Translate business requirements into data models and technical specifications.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, developers, and technical teams.
- Identify data relationships, dependencies, and transformation requirements.
- Create data dictionaries, ER diagrams, and other relevant documentation.
- Analyze existing data structures and recommend improvements.
- Ensure data models align with business requirements and organizational standards.
- Support data integration, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
- Participate in requirement workshops, discussions, and solution reviews.
- Identify data quality issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

Required Skills





- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst / Data Modeller.
- Strong understanding of Data Modelling concepts and methodologies.
- Experience in Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Modelling.
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases.
- Understanding of ER diagrams, data relationships, normalization, and data dictionaries.
- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical/data specifications.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working with data modelling tools such as Erwin, ER/Studio, Visio, or similar tools is preferred.

Preferred

- Experience working on enterprise data, BI, reporting, or data warehouse projects.
- Understanding of ETL/data integration concepts.
- Exposure to cloud data platforms and modern data architecture will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
