Identity Group is looking for a skilled IT Admin to manage our IT infrastructure and support web-based applications and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT infrastructure, systems, and network
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot web applications
- Manage MySQL databases and ensure data security
- Provide hardware, software, email & application support
- Coordinate website maintenance and updates
- Monitor backups, cybersecurity, access controls & system performance
- Support process automation across departments
- Maintain IT asset, software license & technical documentation
Required Skills:
- HTML & web technologies
- MySQL database management
- Working knowledge of Java & Python
- Basic Frontend & Backend development concepts
- Networking, operating systems & cybersecurity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
