We are seeking a highly disciplined ISO 9001 Documentation & Follow-up Assistant to join our team in Mahadevapura. The core responsibility is the strict, daily monitoring, tracking, and filing of mandatory Quality Management System (QMS) logs to ensure our processes stay audit-ready at all times.
Key Responsibilities (Daily Execution)
- Daily Records Verification: Walk the floor or coordinate across departments to collect, verify, and input daily in-process quality logs and production records into our QMS database.
- Aggressive Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with department heads and team leads to close open action items, daily inspection checklists, and outstanding Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Document Control: Manage the updating, numbering, and secure archiving of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and filled templates without gaps.
- Audit Readiness:
Keep all physical registers and digital folders organized cleanly by date and clause so they are transparent for sudden internal or external surveillance audits.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate or Diploma Holder (Vocational, Mechanical, or Science background preferred).
- Technical Skills: Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and standard email drafting.
- Experience: 1–3 years in data entry, document control, or an apprentice quality role with formal exposure to ISO 9001 standards.
- Core Soft Skills: High persistence for routine follow-ups, precise detail orientation, and excellent time management.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
