Location Note: This position will be based in Mumbai, India. For administrative purposes, the role is being posted under Ahmedabad and employment/payroll will be managed through our Ahmedabad facility.

Summary Of The Role The IS Junior Support Analyst will support JDE E1 and other business applications used across TMS, combining application administration and security responsibilities with hands-on functional support.

The role provides the prospect to build JDE E1 functional knowledge through direct interaction with business users and experienced analysts, with initial focus on Manufacturing and Distribution processes while developing broader knowledge across the TMS application landscape.

This position is ideal for someone early in their JDE E1 career who wants to grow from application support into a broader functional role.

Tasks And Responsibilities

- Manage and troubleshoot support tickets across JDE E1 and other TMS business applications.
- Provide JDE E1 functional support, with initial focus on Manufacturing and Distribution processes.
- Perform user administration and security activities, including onboarding, offboarding,



access, roles, and password management.
- Support business users and collaborate with functional analysts to investigate and resolve application issues.
- Maintain support documentation and assist with access reviews, audit, and compliance activities.
- Participate in application testing, enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Education And Experience

- BS or BA degree required.
- At least 2 year experience in an IT Support Role desired
- Microsoft office package experience desired (word, excel, power point)
- Ticket System knowledge as ServiceNow/OTRS welcome
- JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience welcome.
- Understanding of ITIL concepts welcome.

Geography To Cover And Travel Requirements

- Role is a global role with scope including all TMS Americas sites. Day and overnight travel up to 10% may be required to domestic & international locations.
