Role Description The IPO Advisors role is a part-time position. The IPO Advisor will work closely with clients to plan and execute SME and main-board IPOs, including assessing eligibility, preparing detailed project plans, coordinating with regulators, exchanges, and other intermediaries, and supporting documentation and due diligence. Day-to-day responsibilities include financial and business analysis, drafting offer documents, managing timelines, monitoring compliance requirements, and supporting roadshows and investor communication.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of capital raising mandates and related corporate actions. The IPO Advisor will contribute to analytical frameworks, use modern financial tools, and provide continuous support throughout the lifecycle of capital market transactions.

Qualifications

- Solid capital markets and corporate finance skills, including knowledge of IPO processes, SEBI and stock exchange regulations, and transaction advisory.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, valuations, and due diligence,



with the ability to interpret financial statements and business models.
- Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination, handling timelines, documentation workflows, and multi-party interactions.
- Solid research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to evaluate market conditions, industry trends, and regulatory developments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting offer documents, presentations, and client and investor communications.
- Comfort with modern financial and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis software) and basic legal and compliance understanding.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CS, CFA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent are preferred; relevant experience in merchant banking, investment banking, or corporate advisory is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in an execution-focused environment, maintain attention to detail, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams on-site in Jaipur.
