The Role

You will own Gravton’s investor relations and strategic partnership agenda — leading fundraising conversations, closing institutional B2B partnerships, and representing the company with investors, government bodies, and enterprise clients. You report directly to the Founder and CEO.

What You Will Do

- Lead fundraising across seed, bridge, and Series A rounds — VC outreach, pitch preparation, due diligence, and closure
- Manage existing investor relationships — updates, governance, cap table
- Identify non-dilutive funding opportunities — FAME, PLI, SIDBI, government grants
- Build high-value B2B partnerships with government bodies, PSUs, SHG networks, and enterprise fleet operators for bulk procurement and fleet deployment
- Develop financing and leasing partnerships with NBFCs and institutional lenders
- Engage international investors, distributors, and OEM partners
- Represent Gravton at investor forums, pitch events, and industry summits





What We Are Looking For

- MBA Finance or equivalent — CA or CFA is a plus
- 4 to 8 years in investor relations, startup fundraising, investment banking, or strategic B2B business development
- Demonstrated track record of closing funding rounds at startup stage — seed, angel, bridge, or Series A
- Strong B2B experience — government, institutional, or enterprise partnerships
- Experience with international clients or investors
- Automobile or EV sector experience preferred
- Candidates from Mumbai or Chennai preferred — strong investor and enterprise networks in these markets are a explicit advantage
