We are looking for a smart, proactive, and fast-working Invoice & Accounts Executive to manage invoice generation, client billing, payment follow-ups, and day-to-day accounts-related activities for our product-based organization.
Our clients use our software product and make payments through credit cards and other online payment methods. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, monitoring payments, following up with clients, and coordinating with internal teams.
Preferred candidate profile
- Prepare and raise client invoices accurately and on time.
- Manage the complete billing and invoicing process for clients using our product.
- Monitor client payments made through credit cards and other payment methods.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending invoices, outstanding payments, and payment confirmations.
- Communicate professionally with clients through email, phone calls,
and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, outstanding balances, and client accounts.
- Coordinate with internal Accounts, Finance, Customer Support, and Operations teams for billing-related issues.
- Identify payment discrepancies and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution.
- Prepare regular reports related to billing, collections, outstanding payments, and receivables.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and reconciliation purposes.
- Respond quickly to client billing queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Ensure all billing activities are completed within the required timelines.
- Handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently in a quick-paced work setting.
