Role Description The Investor Relations Associate role is a full-time on-site position located in Ahmedabad.

Responsibilities include supporting investor communications, managing relationships with institutional investors and analysts, conducting investor outreach, and developing strategic capital markets communications.



This role also involves preparing investor presentations, conducting perception studies, and assisting with earnings call management while maintaining alignment with the firm's broader advisory objectives.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Investor Relations, with an ability to manage institutional relationships and facilitate effective communication.
- Solid Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional Communication abilities, including written and verbal skills for drafting presentations and managing stakeholder engagement.
- An understanding of Investments and Private Equity, with familiarity in investment strategies such as pre-IPO opportunities and special situations.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, and a proactive approach in dynamic environments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; CFA designation or progress toward it is a strong advantage.
