Role Description The Investor Co-Founder Partner will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of Digital Dhanda while providing capital investment and business guidance. This remote role involves collaborating on long-term business planning, refining the service portfolio, and identifying current market opportunities in digital marketing.

Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing performance metrics, supporting client acquisition and partnership development, guiding marketing and sales initiatives, and contributing to budgeting and financial planning.



The partner will also help build the organizational structure, mentor core team members, and ensure that business decisions align with sustainable growth and ethical practices.

Qualifications

Minimun 8-10 lac in exhancge of 30% equity

- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and collaborative decision-making.
- Proven sales skills and experience in driving business development or revenue growth.
- Marketing and research skills, ideally within digital marketing, to guide strategy and positioning.
- Prior experience as a founder, co-founder, investor, or senior leader in a growth-focused business.
- Ability to operate effectively in a remote, entrepreneurial environment and make strategic decisions under uncertainty.
- Comfort with taking calculated risks and a long-term partnership mindset.
- Background in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is beneficial, though equivalent experience is valued.
