About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager with 5–10 years of experience, preferably from the Aerospace, UAV, Drone, Defence, or Manufacturing industry, to manage inventory operations, warehouse activities, material movement, and stock accuracy across the organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ERP-based inventory management, material planning, stock control, warehouse operations, and inventory reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end inventory and warehouse operations for raw materials, components, finished goods, and spares.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure 100% stock accuracy through regular physical verification and cycle counts.
- Monitor inward, outward, issue, transfer, and return of materials.
- Ensure proper GRN, material receipt, inspection, storage, and documentation processes.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with Procurement, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Finance teams for material requirements.
- Implement effective FIFO/FEFO and proper material storage practices, wherever applicable.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory and initiate corrective actions.
- Ensure proper batch/lot, serial number, and traceability records for critical aerospace/UAV components.
- Manage inventory transactions through ERP systems and ensure timely updating of stock records.
- Prepare and maintain inventory reports, stock statements, consumption reports, and reconciliation reports.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and inventory reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, preservation,



and identification of sensitive aerospace and electronic components.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to reduce stock variances, material wastage, and inventory carrying costs.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, safety requirements, and audit requirements.
- Lead and supervise warehouse/inventory personnel and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in inventory/warehouse management.
- Aerospace, UAV, Drone, Defence, Aviation, or precision manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ERP-based inventory management.
- Experience with stock reconciliation, cycle counting, material traceability, and inventory audits.
- Good understanding of warehouse processes and material handling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
