Must have:

- Good knowledge of inventory accounting and stock management
- Solid command of Tally
- Advanced Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS, data analysis, etc.
- Experience in inventory reconciliation, stock records and accounting entries
- B.Com in Accounting And Finance

Key Responsibilities The Inventory Lead is responsible for end-to-end inventory governance across all AVI warehouses service & CP warehouses. A. Inventory Governance

 Monitor stock availability across all warehouses.

 Ensure system stock (Tally/ERP) matches physical stock.

 Maintain centralized inventory tracker across all warehouses.

B. Warehouse Inventory Management

Oversee inventory at

 AVI warehouses

 Service warehouses

 Channel partner warehouses

Responsibilities include

 Monitoring stock movement

 Reviewing warehouse reports

 Identifying shortages or overstock situations

 Ensuring proper storage and FIFO practices.

C. Stock Reconciliation

 Conduct periodic stock reconciliation between:

o Physical stock o System stock (Tally/ERP)

 Review discrepancies and investigate root cause.





 Coordinate with warehouse managers to resolve mismatches.

 Seek Approval from senior for adjustment entries.

D. Material Allocation & Set Completion

 Monitor availability of complete solar pump sets.

 Ensure inventory availability aligns with project dispatch plans.

E. Channel Partner Inventory Oversight

 Monitor inventory issued to Channel Partners.

 Track:

o Material dispatch o Material consumption o Balance stock

 Ensure inventory reconciliation with partners periodically (Class A – Once in every week, Class B once in every month, Class C – once in every Quarter).

F. Inventory Reporting

Prepare and review

 Warehouse-wise stock reports

 Aging inventory report

 Consumption report

 Stock discrepancy report

 Inventory valuation summary

G. Process Compliance

Ensure warehouses follow SCM SOPs such as:

 Inward management

 Outward dispatch procedures

 Breakage/Shortage/Excess management

 Stock reconciliation

 Scrap material process.

H. Escalation & Controls

 Escalate major stock discrepancies to SCM / Director.

 Get Approval for inventory adjustments.

 Implement corrective actions to avoid repeat discrepancies

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
