Job Summary

Garuda Aerospace is looking for an experienced Inventory & Procurement Executive to manage inventory operations, procurement activities, vendor coordination, and stock accuracy to ensure seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inventory, stock reconciliation, and periodic stock audits.
- Raise and track Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and deliveries.
- Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and prepare inventory reports.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Finance for material planning.




- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Inventory and Procurement.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Advanced MS Excel.
- Robust vendor management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
