Position: Inventory Executive

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 2+ years of experience( food industry)

Location: Surajpur Greater Noida

- Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
- Monitor daily inventory levels and identify shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving items.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Prepare inventory reports, stock statements, and reconciliation reports.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and other departments for inventory requirements.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of inventory.
- Track inward and outward material movements and verify supporting documents.




- Assist in periodic and annual physical inventory audits.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain proper documentation for all inventory transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory control procedures and safety standards.
- Monitor damaged, expired, obsolete, or non-moving inventory and report the same to management.
