Inventory Manager — Job Title: Inventory Manager Department: Supply Chain / Warehouse / Operations Industry: FMCG / Food & Beverages Location: EXCELLENCE CLASSES A 2/24 NIRANPURI RAMGHAT ROAD ALIGARH Employment Type: Full time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and responsible Inventory Manager to manage inventory operations, stock movement, warehouse records, and product availability. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, minimizing inventory losses, and ensuring timely availability of products for sales and distribution.

Key Responsibilities Manage daily inventory and stock levels of all products. Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, dispatches, transfers, returns, and damages. Monitor opening stock, closing stock, and stock movement.

Coordinate with purchase, sales, warehouse, and distribution teams. Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation. Identify slow-moving, fast-moving, damaged, and near-expiry products.

Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices wherever applicable. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and systematic arrangement of products.



Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.

Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and raise reorder requirements. Maintain proper documentation for all inventory transactions. Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper product handling.

Support audits and maintain inventory-related records.

Required Skills Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse management. Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Experience with inventory software/ERP will be an advantage. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Qualification &

Experience Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Management, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in inventory/warehouse management, preferably in FMCG or food products.
