About Wizfair Travels

Wizfair Travels is a growing travel company looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our team. If you’re interested in recruitment, talent sourcing, and connecting with the right candidates, this is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition.

What You’ll Do

Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial candidate outreach and coordinate interviews.

Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates.

Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

Work closely with the HR team to understand hiring requirements and support timely closures.

Explore new sourcing strategies to attract relevant talent.

What We’re Looking For

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and candidate engagement.

Basic knowledge of LinkedIn,



Naukri, MS Excel, or Google Sheets is a plus.

Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
