Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound international calls from US customers.
- Provide customer support and resolve queries professionally.
- Follow standard customer service and process guidelines.
- Maintain high-quality communication during calls.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
- Meet required quality, productivity and customer-service parameters

Requirements

Graduate Any Stream Fresher,experienced with excellent communication skills can apply

Excellent English Communication required





SVAR/Communication Assessment will be conducted

Typing Speed: 30 WPM 90% Accuracy

Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts

Two rotational split weekly offs

Should NOT be enrolled in any full time course

Not Eligible: B.Ed., MBA, BA LLB, B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E. candidates
