Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our International Voice & Non-Voice Process.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and resolve issues within the defined TAT.

- Maintain accuracy, quality, productivity, and process compliance.

- Update customer information and transaction details in the relevant systems.

- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required for issue resolution.

- Meet individual and team performance targets.

Eligibility

- Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma / 12th Pass, based on process requirement.

- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Valuable English communication skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

- Willingness to work in Day / night shifts.

- Good interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From ₹12,800.00 per month
