Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Tours & Holidays Sales Consultant to join our travel agency team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting travel inquiries into bookings by designing attractive holiday packages and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong sales ability, destination knowledge, and the passion to create memorable travel experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming travel inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-in clients.
- Convert leads into confirmed holiday bookings by recommending suitable packages.
- Design and sell customized domestic and international holiday packages.
- Prepare and present quotations, itineraries, and travel plans to clients.
- Upsell travel services including hotels, tours, transfers, visas, and travel insurance.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with repeat clients.
- Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and tour operators to confirm bookings.




- Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and destination knowledge.

Required Skills:

- Solid sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and customer handling ability
- Ability to convert inquiries into sales
- Good knowledge of popular holiday destinations and travel packages
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Degree in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in travel sales, tour operations, or travel consultancy
- Experience with travel booking systems or CRM tools is an advantage
