Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who are passionate about building a successful career in travel sales. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a willingness to learn and master the complete sales cycle. Essential Requirements
● Good command of spoken and written English.
● Comfortable attending a 10-day unpaid onsite training program
● Should be comfortable interacting with US-based customers.
● Passion for sales and customer engagement.
● Strong learning attitude and adaptability.
● Willing to work night shifts from the office.
Key Responsibilities
● Build rapport and establish strong relationships with prospective customers.
● Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable travel packages and services.
● Present and promote travel solutions effectively through consultative selling.
● Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
● Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
