SterSoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and result-oriented International Sales Executives to expand our ERP and IT software business in the global market, primarily in the USA. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in IT or software sales who are confident in building client relationships, generating business opportunities and closing deals.This is a target-based sales role that requires strong ownership of lead generation, client meetings, follow-ups and deal closures.
Technical Skills:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Software Sales, preferably ERP, SaaS or related solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in international client communication and outbound sales is preferred.
- Confident in cold calling, lead generation and client follow-ups.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, email outreach and proposal preparation.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Robust problem-solving skills with a sense of ownership and accountability.
Pay: ₹11,780.27 - ₹50,000.00 per month
